001 - Corporate MEP Manager

The Senior MEP Project Manager will lead a large team of MEP Engineers and Technicians and responsible for the daily management, supervision and coordination of the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems and assure successful completion of construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. He shall perform effective coordination with other disciplines and oversight of a diverse range of mega projects encompassing client programs, project needs, business strategy, as well as championing best practice in project delivery.


  • Excel knowledge of all HVAC/Mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems and all aspects required to manage and execute related work per international industry standards.
  • Support senior project manager with coordination and direction of the budget estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost and construction functions as they relate to the completion of the project.
  • Develop, review, approve and implement project budgets, schedules and contract bid documents. Have in depth ability in negotiating contracts, resolving trade issues and contract claims.
  • Conduct or assist senior project manager with buy-out meeting and prepare trade contracts/subcontracts.
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with owner with the in-house team as well all other entities involved to facilitate construction activities. Organize, conduct and represent the company at project coordination meetings.
  • Good knowledge base of International Codes (ICC/IMC/IPC/IEC) and all other industry standard regulations and agencies
  • Have complete knowledge of the general contract, trade contract and subcontract documents.
  • Ensure timely project completion through project scheduling, expediting material deliveries, and the management of material and document submittals and approvals.
  • Will review and approve requisitions.
  • Will track, negotiate. Prepare. issue and execute change orders
  • Prepare and issue progress reports, pay applications, schedules and cost reports in coordination with the project requirements
  • Establish and monitor administrative procedures for the project. These procedures are to conform to established policies and procedures of the company.
  • Assure that individuals, whose functions require knowledge and understanding of the general contract. trade contract and subcontract requirements, receive and understand the information.
  • Keep informed and ensure that all requirements of insurance, safety, and labor relations are met.
  • Provide organization, direction and training of subordinate project team members.
  • Test & commission and train building operators in building systems.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience 5 of which in project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in actively leading, managing, starting up and turning over MEP systems to the Owner or the Owners agents.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Must possess excellent command in English, verbal and written
  • Must possess excellent communication and leadership


002 - Planning Manager
This is significant role supporting the Corporate Leadership Team and the Project Managers through the effective coordination and oversight of a diverse range of mega projects encompassing our client program, project needs, business strategy, as well as championing best practice in project delivery.The role of the Planning Manager will be working alongside the Project manager as well as the Tendering and Estimating (QS) Department. He will be reporting to Senior Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Defining and driving each project framework
  • Coordinate cross reference delivery with departments and the senior management
  • Dynamically adjusting a project plan during the course of the project alongside the project manager's
  • Assessing the project plan modifications and its ramifications
  • Experience of project planning of mega projects in excess of SR500M budgets
  • Ability to lead a team of planners effectively
  • Must possess hands-on experience of planning using Primavera P3, P5 or P6
  • Drive Project 'Best Practice'
  • Must be highly proactive and self starter
  • Credible, able to build solid working relationships.

003 - Intermediate/Senior Civil/Structural Engineers - Field (Infrastructure)
  • Experience in all construction and infrastructure trades: excavation, utilities, phasing,
  • Experience in steel structures
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD & M.S. Office Suite
  • Minimum 4 years experience for Intermediate level and 7 years minimum for a senior level
  • Past design structural engineering experience is a plus
  • Team players with adaptation skills to company’s standards
  • Written and verbal English Language skills
  • Excellent communication and team leading and interaction skills
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
  • Past experience in the Arabian Gulf is a plus


004 - Quantity Surveyors, Architectural, Civil & MEP
Each QS Architect and Engineer in his respective trade to:
  • Posses solid understanding of their respective trade
  • Be involved in Cost Estimating, Bidding, BOQ preparation and cost control
  • Thoroughly capable of coordinating information within the construction documents to extract the proper information
  • Excellent communication and English language skills, written and verbal
  • Very intuitive, self starter, team player and focused
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD and M.S. office
  • Minimum 4 years experience as QS Engineer in his respective trade
  • Bachelor's degree.

005 - Cost Control/QS Manager
This is a significant role supporting the Corporate Leadership Team and the Project Managers through the effective coordination and oversight of a diverse range of mega projects. The candidate must demonstrate abilities to maximize project margin and add value to the construction process by proactive involvement in the procurement, cost management, reporting and cash flow analysis. The role of the Cost Control Manager will be working alongside the Project manager as well as the Planning Manager. He will be reporting to Senior Management.

The candidate shall:
  • Create cost estimates, bill of quantities, review contracts, manage bids and track projects costs
  • Be fully and dynamically interactive with the Architecture and Engineering, field Project Management and procurement teams
  • Carry out monthly valuations of 'work in progress' including forecasting of final costs
  • Prepare and manage project cost forecasts
  • Track, measure, value, submit and negotiate Change Orders
  • Prepare, submit and negotiate projects final accounts closing
  • Review, track and certify sub-contractors, manufacturers and vendors invoices & claims
  • Posses high degree of ethics and excellent interaction skills
  • Define and drive each project framework
